A musataha contract was concluded for a period of (42 years), starting from 2017, with the Federation of Trade Unions in the Najaf Governorate, on an area of 3000 square meters located on Kufa Street - Najaf. The constructions were completely built on the contracted land and included:
1- Building a model school on an area of 1464 square meters.
2- Building the Directorate of Trade Union Confederation with an area of 336 square meters.
3- Investing an area of 1200 square meters.
