First of all, the company owns land and real estate with an area of more than (172,500) m2, where it has implemented and built a number of projects, including housing units. Secondly, the trade union building project in Najaf governorate has been completed. Thirdly, the contract (One Net) in 2013 was completed for the electric power connection line from the West Karbala power station to the Al-Salam quarter converter station in the Holy Karbala Governorate. Last but not least, The investment project referred to our company was completed with the investment license numbered by the Baghdad Investment Commission (M.R/81 on 27/12/2016) to establish a commercial project in the name of (Al-Zreef Commercial Complex) in the governorate of Baghdad, Mahmoudiyah district, which consists of ten shops, a medical complex and a big hall and the project was completely achieved.
Firstly, The second Zarif Commercial project of the Residential Complex which located in Karbala Governorate, It is considered as an investment opportunity under the investment license numbered by the Karbala Investment Commission No. (88 on January 24, 2019), for building the mentioned project with an area of (1400) square meters. The project is under construction. Secondly, The project of Commercial Association Building, also located in Karbala Governorate, It was referred to our company as an investment opportunity according to the investment license (136 on 3/28/2022). The project consist of 33 Shops, 42 apartments (for several floors), pharmacy, restaurant and a laundry with a total built-up area of 4,630 m2 at a total cost of $3,991,379.
